Free During Lent: The Bible and the Sacraments Online Bible Study

WHAT
Deepen your knowledge of the Sacraments this Lenten season, 2017, with the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology's The Bible and the Sacraments, a free, online video scripture study. This 11-lesson course is a part of their Journey Through Scripture series.

With The Bible and the Sacraments scripture study you will learn:
  • where the Sacraments came from,
  • what the Sacraments mean,
  • why the Sacraments are so important and foundational to our Christian faith.

WHEN
Beginning on Ash Wednesday (March 1) and continuing on each Wednesday throughout Lent, new lessons will be posted and remain available for two weeks to be accessed at your leisure. Each lesson is approximately 25-30 minutes in length, so should integrate well into anyone's busy lifestyle.

WHO
Whether you are a cradle Catholic, a convert to the faith, someone in the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA), or just thinking of becoming Catholic this course is for you. It is especially important for parents, grandparents, godparents, and teachers.

And for non-Catholics of all backgrounds, this is a wonderful opportunity to understand the Sacramental aspect of the Catholic faith of your friends, colleagues, neighbours, and family members.
